SHIPPING
Domestic We ship Monday-Friday in the continental U.S. We offer 3 shipping methods: UPS Ground; 2nd Day Air; and Next Day Air. All orders placed by 12:00 P.M. CST on Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. All orders placed after noon on Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day or the next day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Items shipped via UPS Ground should arrive within 3-5 business days after the order is processed, if the item(s) is available. Next day air and 2nd day air are also available. Orders must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. CST. 2nd Day Air orders will arrive in 2 business days after the order is processed. Next Day Air orders will arrive 1 business day ofter the order is processed. Next Day Air orders and 2nd Day Air orders will arrive by 7:00 P.M. Orders shipped to AK and HI may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If any item is unavailable, you will be notified and your account credited. If you are shipping to more than one address, you need to place separate orders. Refused shipments will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).

Shipping to a different address Due to the increase of fraud, if you would like your order shipped to an address other than your bill to, a Cardholder Letter of Acceptance must be filled out and signed, then emailed or faxed back to us. International Orders We ship to most of Europe, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping and handling will be applied to your order. This is your same address where your credit card statement is sent. We cannot ship to an alternative address, even if it is in the U.S. Customs & Duties We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local taxes, brokerage fees and/or customs charges assessed by your government. We have no control over these charges. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, returned for delivery failure or for any other reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result. International Shipments We ship USPS Airmail within 24 hours of payment being received, unless it is a special order: ( Us Angels dresses may take 3-6 weeks. We ship Monday - Friday; we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks (does not include possible delays in customs.) A confirmation email, which includes you order number will be sent when the order has been placed. Returns & Exchanges You may return an unused item, with tags attached, for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Address the package to Little Colony Kids, 18360 Governor's Highway, Homewood, Illinois, 60430, USA. No C.O.D.'s. We will immediately credit your account or send you another size (additional shipping fee required) depending on your request. If you want to exchange your returned item for another item, you will need to place a new order. Little Colony Kids is not responsible for lost returns. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. |
