Gift Orders

Gift orders may be shipped directly to the recipient.  We will wrap your gift for $5.  You can choose between several different types of wrapping paper.  We can enclose a gift card custom written to your specifications. 

Order Cancellation

If you choose to change or cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@littlecolonykids.com or call us at 877.310.KIDS.  In the event that the item has been shipped, please follow the steps listed on Returning an Item. 

Returning an Item

You may return an unused item, with tags attached, for any reason within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.   Address the package to Little Colony Kids, 18360 Governor's Highway, Homewood, Illinois, 60430.  No C.O.D.'s.   We will immediately credit your account or send you another item, depending on your request.  If you want to exchange your returned item for another item, you will need to place a new order.  Little Colony Kids is not responsible for lost returns.  Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 

Holiday Returns

Holiday gift items must be returned by January 25th.

Special Order Policy

All special order items are noted on the description page of the item and the special order policy applys to these items. 

Certain items are special ordered directly from the manufacturer based on your request.  Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.  You must e-mail us within 24 hours after the order was placed to cancel the order and then we will credit your credit card.

Unfortunately, special order items can not be returned or exchanged.
